Your Partner in Production!

Whether you are looking to rent audio visual gear or require full production services, AV Matters (Orlando) is your best choice in the AV industry.  Corporate conferences, social events, galas, charity benefits, sales meetings and incentive trips are all part of our professional portfolio.  Our staff has amassed over a century of production, meeting planning and technical experience which translates into a professional and headache-free experience.

Meet Nyla

She is the boss’s mastiff and the shop mascot perpetually running right behind Mike and barking if a credible threat is identified.  A couple of Wendy’s Doublestacks is her preferred lunch menu.  We have timed her inhaling one in about 6 seconds.  She prefers no mustard – onions are OK.

Local to Orlando – Covering the Country

Based in Orlando and servicing one of the largest convention centers in the world, AV Matters has extensive local experience.  However, travelling to the East Coast, West Coast and everywhere in between makes the entire country our backyard.  With a fleet of company-owned vehicles we stand ready to travel with you.  Enjoy our services once and you will understand why so many of our clients insist on taking us “on the road” with them.

Giving Back – Habitat for Humanity

What a great program and what a great experience. We were able to assist in re-habing a home in Orlando last week.  Thanks to all of the volunteers.

Service and Ownership – Our Best Features

At AV Matters our service is legendary.  We realize that it takes an entire team working together to pull off a stellar event.  By anticipating possible challenges in execution and logistics, we have saved our clients countless dollars and hours of frustration.  Because we own a 45,000 square foot warehouse full of state-of-the-art gear we are able to offer very competitive prices and know the intricacies of each piece.

Orion Launch

We were able to be a part of the historic Orion Launch from Cape Canaveral in December 2014.  The ultimate planned mission for this spacecraft is to travel to Mars.
